About 2 to 3 weeks from your Start Date. (We lock that in when you sign up.) Give yourself a week or so before then to work through your questionnaire, and don't rush it. The detail you put in directly shapes what you get back.

Yep! Think of it as a portrait. Your face and your essence are absolutely all there. Every single freckle and flyaway? Probably not an exact microscopic match. That's what makes this different from a camera. And that’s not necessarily a bad thing.

You fill out a detailed questionnaire and upload reference images. That's your creative brief. The AI uses your visual cues and descriptions to build images around your look, your vibe, the story you want to tell. Vague answers produce vague images. Specific ones produce something worth using.

Yep. You get 2 rounds of revisions. Keep in mind the AI interprets rather than replicates exactly, so some requests land clean and others need a workaround. I'll tell you straight when something won't translate.
